Connect RetroAchievements

1. Open Profile > Settings > Integrations.
2. Find RetroAchievements.
3. Enter your RetroAchievements username and account password.
4. Select Connect and check the connected account shown.
5. Reopen the game if it was already running.

Use the account password, not a RetroAchievements Web API key.

Encore Mode

Open Settings > Integrations > RetroAchievements and turn Encore Mode on to earn already-unlocked achievements again during play. Turn it off when you want the normal unlock behavior.

Where Achievements Appear

Achievements can appear on game details, your profile, recent achievement lists, and the play screen. The in-game menu also has a RetroAchievements section for supported games.

Start a Supported Game

Connect your account before opening the game, then select Play Now. Recognition depends on the actual game file and supported core; different ROM revisions, translations, or patches may not match an achievement set.

If Achievements Do Not Show

• Check the connected account in Settings > Integrations.
• Confirm the game release and core are supported.
• Check that the game was uploaded under the correct system.
• Restart the game after connecting or changing settings.
• Reconnect if your RetroAchievements password has changed.

Use Disconnect in Integrations to remove the account connection. See Privacy and Safety for Rebit profile and library visibility settings.
